Agreement to Our Legal Terms

To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating formal proceedings.

Credit-Related Disputes

Complaints relating to credit services may be lodged through our internal dispute resolution process or escalated to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).

Formal Proceedings

If informal negotiations are unsuccessful, disputes shall proceed through the courts of New South Wales, Australia. No proceedings shall be joined with any other proceeding, and there is no right or authority for any dispute to be resolved on a class-action basis.
